01 General Terms & Conditions

Okbajj (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of okbajj's website, mobile platform, and all related services.

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using okbajj.

• Okbajj reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
• These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh
• In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version of okbajj shall be considered the authoritative reference

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

Before opening an account on okbajj, please ensure you meet the eligibility requirements below. Failing to meet these requirements will prevent registration and may result in account termination.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration
• Each individual may open only one account
• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and your own
• Registration is not possible if your phone number or email is already linked to another okbajj account
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited
• You may be required to submit documents for KYC verification

After registration, okbajj may request account verification at any time. This may require documents such as a national ID, passport, or driving license. Large withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Okbajj supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳50
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200
• Withdrawals via bKash/Nagad are typically processed within 3–5 minutes
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days to process
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Withdrawals may be held pending investigation in cases of suspicious transactions

04 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Okbajj offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming. The general bonus terms are outlined below.

• The welcome bonus applies only to new members on their first deposit
• The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated on the bonus page
• A required wagering amount must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn
• The same promotional offer cannot be used more than once at a time
• If bonus abuse is identified, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
• Okbajj reserves the right to modify or discontinue the bonus program at any time
• Winnings from free bet bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements

If bonus fraud or any form of strategic abuse is detected, okbajj reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings associated with the account and to close the account.

05 Betting Rules

When placing bets on okbajj, the following rules apply. These rules cover all betting markets — cricket, football, lottery, casino, and any other game.

• Bets placed cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature is available)
• Stakes for bets cancelled due to technical issues will be refunded
• Okbajj reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is strictly prohibited
• Placing multiple conflicting bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited
• Maximum bet limits are determined by market and event

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okbajj platform. Any such activity will result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Registering with a fake identity or false information
• Fraudulent use or abuse of the bonus system
• Attempting to hack the platform's software
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Match fixing or gaining an unfair advantage through insider information

07 Responsible Gaming

Okbajj believes gaming is entertainment, not a source of income. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and helping users build healthy gaming habits.

• Only bet what you can afford to lose
• Avoid placing more bets in an attempt to recover losses
• Set deposit and betting limits for yourself
• Use self-exclusion or take a gaming break if needed
• Seek help if you notice signs of gaming addiction

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Okbajj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Registering with false or incomplete information
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
• Failure to submit required documents for KYC verification
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• Account closure requested by the user

Any balance unrelated to prohibited activities or fraud will be returned before an account is closed. Contact the support team to appeal a closed account.

09 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute regarding bet outcomes, transactions, or platform-related matters, please follow the process outlined below.

• Start by reaching out to our support team via live chat or email
• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving the complaint
• Complex cases may take up to 7 business days to resolve
• In any dispute regarding bet outcomes, okbajj's decision shall be considered final
• Server logs and transaction records will be used as evidence in all dispute cases

10 Amendments & Enforceability

Okbajj reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be published on the platform following any changes.

• Registered members will be notified by email or SMS in the event of significant changes
• Continued use of okbajj after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account
• If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect
